§ 1217-9. Fire Protection.

The suitability, distribution or maintenance of fire protection equipment shall be in accordance with the applicable provisions of NFiPA #10 listed in Appendix A [of the BOCA Code] and the following:

A parade float shall be equipped with not less than one Type 2A portable fire extinguisher, which shall be readily accessible in case of fire.
