§ 1201-57. Permits.

Permits required: It shall be unlawful for any person to commence or proceed with any operation for which a permit is required by the provisions of this code without first obtaining such permit and paying the fee hereinafter prescribed for same. If his examination reveals otherwise, the chief shall reject such application, noting the findings on the application and notifying the applicant.
