A fee of $35.00 shall be paid by the owner or operator of any place of assembly for
each sign in excess of the initial sign provided by the fire chief stating the maximum
number of occupants permitted on the premises as required by Article 15 and the Cincinnati—Ohio
Basic Building Code.
