§ 1201-49. Penalties.

  • Any person found guilty of a violation of the Cincinnati Fire Prevention Code shall be subjected to a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than 6 months or both. Each and every day on which such person continues to violate the provisions of this code after having been notified of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
