§ 1119-05. Plumbing Facilities and Fixture Requirements.

1119-05.1 Scope: The provisions of this section shall govern the minimum plumbing facilities and plumbing fixtures to be provided.

1119-05.2 Required employees' facilities: Employees shall have plumbing facilities available for their use.

1119-05.3 Plumbing fixtures: All plumbing fixtures shall be properly installed and maintained in working order and shall be capable of performing the functions for which such fixtures are designed.

1119-05.4 Water system: Every sink, lavatory, bathtub or shower, drinking fountain, water closet or other plumbing fixture shall be properly connected to either a public water supply system or to an approved private water supply system. All kitchen sinks, lavatories, laundry facilities, bathtubs and showers shall be supplied with hot or tempered and cold running water.

1119-05.4.1 Contamination: The water supply shall be maintained free from contamination.

1119-05.5 Sanitary drainage system: All plumbing fixtures shall be properly connected to either a public sewer system or to an approved private sewage disposal system.
