§ 1111-05. Temporary Uncovered Walks.

When in the opinion of the agency having jurisdiction, a temporary uncovered walk is required, such walk shall be not less than four feet wide in the clear and shall be built in a safe, substantial and workmanlike manner, and be maintained in that condition at all times. A smooth substantial handrail shall be provided on the traffic side. A similar handrail or solid fence as deemed necessary shall be required on the inside. The agency having jurisdiction may require a walk of greater width.
