§ 1107-19. Appeals.

Any person adversely affected by a notice of violation, order, or decision of the director made pursuant to this Chapter 1107 may appeal the notice of violation, order, or decision of the director to the Board of Building Appeals pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 1101-81 and the procedures established by the board.
