§ 1107-07. Posting of Certificate of Inspection and Operation.

The owner or person in control of a premises, building, or structure wherein an elevator is installed and operated shall post the last issued certificate of inspection and operation in a conspicuous place inside, on, or immediately adjacent to, the elevator. The director shall have the discretion to permit the posting of a certificate of inspection and operation in an alternative location provided that the location of the certificate is posted in a conspicuous place inside, on, or immediately adjacent to the elevator.
