§ 1105-35. City Regulations to be Followed.

In all water, drainage and plumbing construction, the licensed plumbing contractor in charge shall be responsible for the performance of the plumbing operations in accordance with all applicable sections of the Cincinnati Municipal Code and the Cincinnati Building Code, and all the rules and regulations of the department of water works and department of buildings and inspections.
