§ 1105-27. Issuance of Licenses.

Upon presentation of a proper certificate from the board of examiners of plumbers and payment of the prescribed license fee, the director of buildings and inspections shall issue a license in accordance with the certification, authorizing the applicant to work at the trade of journeyman plumber. Further, upon presentation of a plumbing contractor's certificate issued by the Ohio construction industry examining board and payment of the prescribed licensed plumbing contractor's registration fee, the Director of Buildings and Inspections has the duty to register the applicant as a licensed plumbing contractor.
