§ 1105-07. Size of Leaders and Storm Drains.

In addition to the provisions of Chapter 11 OPC, the following is required:

Drain gratings for driveways, parking lots, and other paved areas must be sized on the basis of 6500 square feet of paved area per one square foot of grating. Where used in grassy areas the grating area may be reduced to 35% of that required for paved areas. Such drains need not be trapped except that when connected to a combined sewer they may not be within ten feet of a building ventilation opening unless trapped. Outlets must be sized in accordance with Section 1106 OPC.
