§ 1105-01. Scope.

This Chapter of the CBC includes Chapters 4101:3-1 to 4101:3-13 of the Ohio Administrative Code, and collectively known as the Ohio Plumbing Code, for which the designation "OPC" may be substituted, with all amendments thereto, which is adopted and incorporated as part of the Cincinnati Plumbing Code, except for amendments, deletions and substitutions as set forth herein.

The performance of plumbing operations within, or in connection with buildings, are subject to the provisions of this Chapter.
