§ 1101-73. Removal of Unlawful Signs.

  • 1101-73.1 General: Should any sign be installed, erected or maintained in violation of any of the provisions of this Code, the director of buildings and inspections shall notify forthwith the owner, person in control, or occupant by certified mail, sent to the last known address of the person to be notified or by personal service, to remove such sign within 72 hours from the date of the notice. In the event of noncompliance with said notice, the director of buildings and inspections shall cause the sign to be removed.
