§ 1101-31. Construction Documents, Approved Sets Required.

1101-31.1 Approved sets of plans: One set of construction documents which has been approved under § 1101-29 CBC shall be returned to the owner or person in control. One identical set of such construction documents shall be kept at the site of the work and shall be available for reference by the director of buildings and inspections at all times during working hours while such work is in progress.

1101-31.2 Additional sets of construction documents: The director of buildings and inspections shall stamp or endorse additional sets of construction documents which have been approved by him in addition to the sets required under § 1101-19 CBC, when so requested by the owner or his agent or person in control.
