§ 1101-25. Revision to Construction Documents.

1101-25.1 Revisions prior to permit issuance: Nothing in this Code shall prohibit the filing for revisions to construction documents at any time during which the application is being processed by the department of buildings and inspections and before the permit is issued or the application is rejected. Such changes after approval shall be made a part of the construction documents and filed as such.

1101-25.2 Revisions after permit issuance: Except for minor changes as approved by the director of buildings and inspections, a separate permit shall be required for revisions to construction documents for which a permit has been granted and such revisions shall be considered as alterations or additions to an existing building.
