§ 1101-23. Construction Documents, Required Evidence of Responsibility.

1101-23.1 General: Required construction documents, when submitted for examination as required under § 1101-19 CBC shall bear the identification of the person primarily responsible for their preparation and for the provisions for safety and sanitation shown therein.
