§ 1101-117. Refunder of Processing Permit or Certificate Fees.
1101-117.1 Expired permit: When a permit shall have expired by limitation or the project has been abandoned for which a permit was issued, such permit may be returned to the director of buildings and inspections or the electrical inspection agency for cancellation; and such person shall be authorized to issue a refunder to the applicant in an amount equal to one-half of the total permit fee paid. After two years, no refunder of any nature shall be allowed.
1101-117.2 Permit or certificate of inspection or certificate of occupancy issued in error: When a permit or a certificate of inspection or a certificate of occupancy has been issued in error, such permit or certificate may be returned to the director of buildings and inspections or the electrical inspection agency for cancellation; and such person shall be authorized to issue a refunder to the applicant of the total permit or certificate fee paid.
1101-117.3 Unissued certificates: When an applicant requests the cancellation of an application for a certificate of inspection or a certificate of occupancy and an inspection has not been made, the director of buildings and inspections shall be authorized to issue a refunder to the applicant of the total fee paid for such certificate.
