Opinion from qualified professional that after completion of an investigation as necessary to complete a Site Inspection Checklist that historic uses of site and adjoining properties give no indication or reason to suspect that the material intended to be removed from the site is contaminated with a metallic, inorganic, or organic compound above the level acceptable for a residential site.
