§ 1031-1. Defined Terms.

"Phase One Investigator" means a Registered Environmental Property Assessor or other person who demonstrates to the satisfaction of the city manager possession of knowledge, education and experience sufficient to perform a Phase One Investigation in a professional manner.

"Phase Two Investigator" means a Registered Environmental Manager or other person other who demonstrates to the satisfaction of the city manager possession of knowledge, education and experience sufficient to perform a Phase Two Investigation in a professional manner.

"Qualified Laboratory" means a soils analysis laboratory that participates in the United States Environmental Protection Administration contract laboratory program.

"Site Inspection Checklist" means a questionnaire adopted by the city manager completed in accordance with the American Society for Testing Materials standard method E1527-93 or other method as may be approved by the city manager.
