§ 1001-3-A3. Air Pollution.

"Air pollution" means the presence in the ambient air of one or more air contaminants or any combination thereof in sufficient quantity and of such characteristics and duration as is or may be injurious to human health or welfare, plant or animal life, or property, or as substantially interferes with the comfortable enjoyment of life, health, safety, or property.
