§ 1001-17. Intergovernmental Cooperation.

The city manager, or his or her designee, shall advise, consult and cooperate with agencies and organizations of the state, political subdivisions of the state, other states, agencies of the federal government, industries, and with affected and interested groups in furtherance of improved air quality and encourage cooperation of municipalities, counties, industries and others in preserving the quality of the air within the city.
