§ 898-1-S. Service Oriented Escort.

Latest version.

"Service Oriented Escort" shall mean an escort who:
(a)

Operates from an open office; and

(b)

Does not employ or use an escort service runner; and

(c)

Does not advertise that sexual conduct will be provided or work for an escort service which so advertises; and

(d)

Does not offer, solicit, agree to provide, or provide sexual conduct.
