Upon the sale or transfer of any interest in a massage establishment, the license
therefor shall be null and void. A new application shall be made by any person, association,
firm or corporation desiring to own or operate the establishment. The provisions of
sections 897-9 and 897-11 shall apply to any person, association, firm or corporation applying for a massage
establishment permit for premises previously used as such establishment.
