Whoever violates any provision of this chapter commits a Class D Civil Offense as
defined by Section 1501-9(a) of the Cincinnati Municipal Code. Display of an outdoor advertising sign in violation
of this chapter within a different calendar month shall be a separate offense. Whoever
displays the same outdoor advertising sign in violation of this chapter following
a prior violation within the same calendar year commits a separate, additional Class
D Civil Offense as defined by Section 1501-9(a) of the Cincinnati Municipal Code, and shall forfeit the outdoor advertising sign
and cause it to be permanently removed.
