§ 895-10. Additional Permitted Uses of Outdoor Advertising Signs.

(a)

Any outdoor advertising sign permitted under this chapter may be used as a noncommercial sign, as that term is defined in Section 1427-03-N, "Noncommercial Sign," of the Cincinnati Municipal Code, on the same terms governing its use as an outdoor advertising sign.

(b)

Any outdoor advertising sign permitted under this chapter may be used as an on-site commercial sign, as that term is defined in Section 1427-03-O1, "On-Site Sign," of the Cincinnati Municipal Code, on the same terms governing its use as an outdoor advertising sign.
