§ 891-1-G. Special Order Materials.

"Special order materials" shall mean any item that is not commonly available from building supply companies and which must be specifically ordered based upon its use or application, or an item which is unique in its application or use under the provisions of the home improvement contract, or an item which must be designed and custom manufactured for use or installation under the provisions of the home improvement contract.
