§ 891-1-B. Home Improvement Contract.

"Home improvement contract" shall mean a written agreement contained in one or more documents between a home improvement contractor and an owner for the performance of home improvements, including all labor, services, and materials furnished and performed thereunder, and the entire cost of same.
