§ 885-3. Discrimination Unlawful.

  • It shall be an unlawful discriminatory practice for any person, being the owner, lessee, proprietor, superintendent, agent or employee of any private club that qualified as a place of public accommodation to deny to any person, except for reasons applicable alike to all persons regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or ancestry, the full enjoyment of the accommodations, advantages, facilities or privileges thereof; provided, it shall not be unlawful to maintain same-sex toilets, bathrooms, showers, locker rooms, and other same-sex spa or athletic facilities.
