§ 885-1. Places of Public Accommodation.

  • For purposes of the enforcement of this chapter and Chapter 4112 of the Ohio Revised Code, the term "place of public accommodation" shall include a private club which has more than 200 members; provides regular meal service; and regularly receives payment for dues, fees, use of space, facilities, services, meals or beverages directly or indirectly from or on behalf of nonmembers for the furtherance of trade or business. A "place of public accommodation" shall not include a benevolent corporation nor a religious corporation incorporated as such under the laws of Ohio.
