§ 883-7. Revocation of Permit.

  • If the director of safety finds upon hearing that a permit holder has failed to comply with the provisions of this chapter, the laws of the state of Ohio, or the ordinances of the city of Cincinnati, has misrepresented the information provided in the application, or fails to provide the level of services set forth in the application, the director may revoke or suspend the permit for that event until such time as the person holding such permit establishes that procedures are in existence to reasonably protect the safety and welfare of the patrons to the event and the public.

    The director shall notify the permit holder in writing of the findings of fact and conclusions of law upon which the revocation or suspension is based. The director may, in case of emergency which immediately threatens the safety and welfare of the patrons to an event or the public, suspend or revoke a permit without hearing.
