§ 883-23. Penalties.

  • Whoever violates the provisions of Section 883-3 or 883-21 of this chapter or who gives false information in order to obtain a permit under this chapter shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both.

    If a corporation violates the provisions of Section 883-3 or 883-21 of this chapter or gives false information on any application form or other written document required by the provisions of this chapter, it shall be fined not more than $10,000.
