§ 881-19. Prohibitions.

(a)

No person shall make any material change in a facility for public assembly or modification to an approved plan of operating procedure without complying with the provisions of this chapter.

(b)

No person shall fail to protect the safety and welfare of patrons to a facility or the public by conducting an event at a facility for public assembly not in accordance with the plan of operating procedure approved by the director of safety.
