Whoever violates Sections 875-3, 875-5 or 875-7 directly, or indirectly by knowingly accepting false information, shall be fined
not more than $300, and it shall be the duty of the city treasurer, upon the second
conviction of any person, firm or corporation to revoke the license granted under
any section of the Cincinnati Municipal Code.
