§ 855-1-H. Hotel.

  • "Hotel" shall mean any dwelling licensed as such by the state fire marshal and kept, used, maintained, advertised or held out to the public to be a place where food is served and sleeping accommodations are offered for pay to transient guests, in which six or more rooms are used for the accommodations of such guests, and having one or more dining rooms directly accessible from within the building.
