§ 850-3. Advertising of Tobacco Products.

  • No person shall place any sign, poster, placard, device, graphic display or other form of advertising that advertises tobacco products in or on any sidewalk, street, highway, public vehicle, public bus or motor bus occupying any public street or highway under the jurisdiction and control of the city or any of its boards or commissions or in or on any place of public exposition.

    The provisions of this chapter pertaining to places of public exposition shall be operational on and after June 1, 1996.

    This restriction shall not apply to commercial vehicles used for transporting tobacco products.
