§ 850-1-S2. Street or Highway.

"Street" or "Highway" means the entire width between the boundary lines of every way open to the use of the public as a thoroughfare for purposes of vehicular travel, including the traveled portion of roadways in city parks, recreation grounds or in other areas owned or operated by the city.
