§ 850-1-M. Motor Transportation Company.

"Motor Transportation Company" means every person owning, controlling, operating or maintaining any motor-propelled vehicle used in the business of transportation of persons as a common carrier, for compensation, over any public street or highway in the city of Cincinnati, not engaged primarily in the transportation of persons in interstate commerce.
