§ 845-69. Right to a Hearing.
On or before the seventh calendar day after receipt of written notice from the market manager of intent to fine a city market licensee, to suspend or revoke a license agreement or other agreement for use, or to deny an application for a license agreement or other agreement for use, the applicant or city market licensee may request a hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings in accordance with Chapter 1501 of the Cincinnati Municipal Code. For purposes of this chapter, receipt of written notice shall occur either on the day the market manager or his or her designee personally served notice on the licensee or applicant or three days after the written notice was mailed to the contact address provided by the applicant or licensee.
