§ 845-63. Suspension of Rights of Use or Occupancy.
Among other rights and remedies upon a finding of breach or violation of the terms of an agreement for use, or violation of market rules and regulations, the market manager shall have authority to suspend rights of a licensee to use any market space. Suspension of rights of use or occupancy shall not exceed 30 calendar days and shall constitute a suspension of all the city market licensee's rights and privileges in the city market during the term of the suspension. A city market licensee whose license is suspended shall not be entitled to any refund of any rent paid by the city market licensee for the term of the suspension.
