Chapter 843. JUNK DEALERS AND SECOND-HAND DEALERS

§ 843-1-S5. Substantially Obscured.

Latest version.

"Substantially obscured" shall mean that a fence, plantings or natural object or objects of no less than six feet and no more than 10 feet in height obscure the junk located within or upon the premises.
