§ 831-99. Penalties.

Latest version.

Whoever violates, directly or indirectly, any provisions of this chapter, shall be fined not more than $500; and it shall be the duty of the city treasurer, upon the second conviction of any such person, firm or corporation, to revoke the license granted hereunder.
