§ 827-15. Purpose and Interpretation.

  • The purpose of this chapter is to grant aid and assistance to consumers in the city of Cincinnati in regard to sales, contracts, and transactions involving consumer goods and services and the provisions thereof shall be so interpreted as to carry out that purpose. In case of question involving interpretation of the provisions of this chapter, to the fullest extent possible such question shall be resolved so as to benefit the buyer or consumer.
