§ 826-13. Legal Proceedings.
Latest version.
All legal actions to enforce this chapter shall be brought by the office of consumer protection in conjunction with the city solicitor. In addition to recovery of fines as provided by this chapter, actions may be brought for injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to restrain a person from violating this chapter and to restrain a merchant from engaging in unfair, deceptive, fraudulent or unconscionable conduct with consumers.
