§ 823-9. Rules as to Badges

  • Every badge issued hereunder shall bear a serial number corresponding with the number of the permit issued, shall be worn in a conspicuous place by the applicant to whom it is issued, and shall be exhibited upon demand of any officer authorized to examine the same. All badges shall be good only until December 31 following the date of issue and must be renewed annually on that date.

    Such permit and badge shall be good only in the hands of the child to whom they are issued. No child shall transfer either a permit or badge to any other person, or use a permit or badge not issued to such child personally, as provided herein.
