§ 823-15. Revocation of Permit.

  • The permit of any child who, while using the permit, uses indecent or profane language, or commits any act of a disorderly or dishonest nature, or visits or loiters around saloons, or is seen intoxicated in the street or public thoroughfares, or who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or any of the ordinances of the city of Cincinnati, shall thereby be revoked, and such child shall immediately surrender the permit so revoked and badge upon the demand of any officer charged with the duty of enforcing such provisions.
