§ 805-7. Granting of License.

If the director of safety finds that the location and size of the amusement park is permissible under the zoning laws and such park complies with all laws, ordinances or regulations having to do with the operation of amusement parks, the director shall grant the application and notify the city treasurer, who shall issue a license to the applicant upon the payment of the license fee hereinafter provided.
