§ 801-1. License Requirements to be Complied With.

When any section or sections of the Cincinnati Municipal Code require the licensing of any trade, occupation or profession, or the licensing of any place of business, vehicle, machine, or other instrument or device used in connection with the operation of a trade, occupation, business or profession, it shall be unlawful for any person to engage in such trade, occupation, business or profession, unless duly licensed, or to operate or use any such place of business, vehicle, machine, or other instrument or device used in connection with the operation of a trade, occupation, business or profession, unless the operation has been duly licensed.
