§ 770-1-S. Streetcar Facilities.

"Streetcar facilities" means any vehicles, equipment, property, structures, stations, improvements, or other facilities, or rights that are owned, leased, held, or used for the purpose of providing Cincinnati streetcar services, whether or not the facility is owned or operated by a public entity.
