§ 747-1-L1. Limited Franchise Permittee or Operator.

"Limited franchise permittee" or "limited franchise operator" shall be the operator of a limited franchise cable system as defined herein whether the owner, agent for the owner or controller of the dwelling units served thereby or one permitted to operate such a system by the owner, agent for the owner, or controller of said dwelling units, and is the person who applies for the permit. Where the operator of the system is not the owner, agent of the owner or controller of the premises, the owner, agent of the owner or authorized controller thereof shall sign the permit to evidence consent to the installation of the city right-of-way cable crossing.
