§ 747-1-L. Limited Franchise Cable System Crossing Equipment

  • "Limited franchise cable system crossing equipment" shall mean wire, antenna, cable, line, tower, waveguide or other conductor, converter, equipment or facility or any system thereof designed and constructed for the purpose of producing, receiving, transmitting, amplifying and distributing, audio, video and other forms of electronic or electric signals, but limited to facilities which serve subscribers in one or more contiguous multiple dwelling units under common ownership or control and which physically occupy space within city rights-of-way, except that where such facilities serving subscribers in such units do not occupy contiguous parcels of real property, a limited franchise permit shall be granted to serve not more than two such multiple dwelling units under common ownership or control and such additional multiple dwelling units under common ownership control as are contiguous thereto.
